I am sure you have questions and I am always happy to answer them. I am happy to schedule a time to discuss your dessert needs, whether it is a takeaway box of cookies for your guests or a dessert bar for many. Please contact me at mica@micassweetsandtreats.com

  • What are your bakery's hours?
    My bakery is out of my home~ my kitchen has been certified by the USDA. Traditionally we are open Monday-Friday from 11-4 for pickups and from 1-5 on Saturdays. I am closed on Sunday. Our hours will fluctuate a little seasonally depending on our business demand but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • How much notice do you need to book an event?
    Don’t wait to call about your event. My calendar can be booked months in advance, so it is always recommended to check in with me. I create all of our desserts to order, as you deserve. I will do my best to accommodate last minute orders but will be upfront if it is to close for me to have the time to allow for deliciousness!
  • How do I pay?
    Payment may be made via cash, credit card, Venmo or CashApp. All orders are confirmed by a 50% deposit and all balances are due by the week of delivery.
  • Do you consider my vision for the display?
    I love to see what you have in mind for your event and will take it all under consideration for the final display. I like to communicate throughout our time in advance of the event. Communication is the key to an awesome event!
  • Do you provide applicable food storage for my event?
    No. You are responsible for providing a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below preferably. We will make sure you receive your order in good condition, and that it is set up safely, where applicable. Mica’s Sweets & Treats cannot however accept responsibility for items not stored or handled properly. Think of the desserts that you are wanting when you are deciding on your venue. Know that if you chose an outdoor venue, this will most certainly impact the decision about your desserts.
  • What's your cancelation policy?
    Plans change and things happen. Cancelations must be made 14 or more days prior to delivery in order to receive a 50% refund of monies paid. No refunds will be issued for cancelations made with less than 14 days notice. Please understand that I purchase ingredients well in advance of your event and this is part of my cost. I also have extra hands come in to help closer to the day of so they schedule their time accordingly for me and miss other opportunities to make income.
  • Can I use any of your display items at my event?
    I am happy to include my tableware and yours with your setup. I will make arrangements for return (normally this is decided when final payment is made) and have you sign off on all items left behind. If I do not receive my items in the same condition and in a timely fashion, I will assess a replacement fee. (Starting at $100)
