Bakery hours:
My bakery is out of my home ~ my kitchen has been certified by the USDA.
Traditionally we are open Monday-Friday from 11-4 for pickups and from 1-5 on Saturdays. I am closed on Sunday.
Our hours will fluctuate a little seasonally depending on our business demand but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

With this being said, don’t wait to call about your event. I create all of our desserts to order, as you deserve. I will do my best to accommodate last minute orders but will be upfront if it is to close for me to have the time to allow for deliciousness!
All orders are confirmed by a 50% deposit. All balances are due the week of delivery. Payment may be made in cash, credit card, Venmo or CashApp.

Your Vision:
I love to see what you have in mind for your event and will take it all under consideration for the final display. I like to communicate throughout our time in advance of the event. Communication is the key to an awesome event!

We will make sure you receive your order in good condition, and that it is set up safely, where applicable. Mica’s Sweets & Treats cannot accept responsibility for items not stored or handled properly. Think of your desserts that you are wanting when you are deciding on your venue or know that if you chose an outdoor venue, that this will most certainly impact the decision about your desserts. You are responsible for providing a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below preferably.

Plans change and things happens. Cancelations must be made 14 or more days prior to delivery in order to receive partial refund (50%) of monies paid. No refunds will be issued for cancelations made with less than 14 days notice. Please understand that I purchase ingredients well in advance of your event and this is part of my cost.  I also have extra hands come in to help closer to the day of so they schedule their time accordingly for me and miss other opportunities to make income.

Display items used for your event
I am happy to include my tableware and include yours with your setup. I will make arrangements for return (normally this is decided when final payment is made) and have you sign off on all items left behind. If I do not receive my items in the same condition and in a timely fashion, I will assess a replacement fee. (Starting at$100)
